Cancellation Policy

No refund of deposit will be made unless and until the accommodation is relet for the full period of the cancelled booking.

Where a room is resold, the deposit will be refunded less an Administration Fee of $45.00. 
 
Early Departure:
There can be no refund of tariff in full or in part for early departure, no matter what the reason.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. However, when a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured.

Quotations

Any quotation provided remains valid for 48 hours from time of provision, unless otherwise specified in the quotation, and is confirmed only upon payment of the relevant deposit within the Terms we will advise at time of quotation
