Dear Madame,

Just to let you know that we have received a very relaxed friendly welcome upon arrival. We were blown away by the size and quality of our beautiful adjoining rooms. Definite bargin, location was fab, close to the beach, shops and parks. Would definately bring my family back here.

Unfortunatly for business reasons I had to leave prematurley from the hotel but surely I'll come back in better conditions with my friends from France.

Thank you for a very nice stay in your wonderful resort Amaroo. We really appreciate your kindness and help in different situations.
Our 40 hours journey with four different flights, train and ferry to Sweden went on without any problems. Now we have had two days of rest and everything is almost normal again and we can loook back on our trip. We memories for life to enjoy!

Good morning,
Just to say thank you for an amazing honeymoon (holiday) .Amaroo is certainly a very beautiful place ,well managed and maintained and the staff and everyone were lovely and so helpful.

Special thanks to Natasha for all of her help and advice and fo the recommendation for "ocean freedom" they were truly amazing.The whole experience from start to finish was out of this world.Very well trained crew who were so friendly and helpful,great food .....lots of it! Glass bottom boat trip and then a trip to a small island beach which was fantastic.We d definitely go with them again!

We look forward to returning later in the year,and will be of course staying at Amaroo and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our friends!

What the guest liked most
On opening the door to our room we could look straight across and see the ocean. The studio apartment was well laid out, beautifully furnished with stylish extras that just made it feel special. Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of space to store our clothing etc and a very spacious well furnished balcony. As we were on the 4th floor it was great having a lift to use. Also the pool area was well set up and maintained in a spotless condition. The staff were excellent in their attitude, helpfulness and suggestions on what we may like to see and do during our stay. Even the steep driveway was a bonus after some of the wonderful meals we had within walking distance, it made us feel like we were actually burning off some of what we had just consumed! We would thoroughly recommend Amaroo at Trinity to all and would love to stay there again for a longer time.
What the guest believed needed improvement
If we were younger and fitter we could have joined the many fitness walkers and joggers that we saw on the beach.(Our problem not Amaroo's)> I honestly cannot think how our stay could have been better. They were fantastic

11/02/2011   -   Mike & Cathy. Thanks for a great stay at your resort. The weather for the most part was what we expected with a twist towards the end of the stay (cyclone YASI). .... In regards to cyclone YASI and the way it was impacting on us, being from out of town and not used to the severity of these storms, your weather updates, knowledge and calm manner of how things may play out were a great comfort to us. I had no doubt we were in the best spot no matter which way it hit the coast but obviously it was still a major threat. This event however has not diminished our enthusiam for wanting to return and look at the many things we were not able to see due to our short stay.................
